Marketplace and private-seller pickups
Coordinate the collection time with the seller, then share the pickup details with us. Include the dimensions and photos of larger pieces, and tell us whether the item is already disassembled. Item payment and the seller’s arrangements are separate from the delivery quote.
Store pickups, including IKEA purchases
Share the store location, order or collection instructions, package sizes and delivery address. A store outside Niagara may need an individual route quote. We are an independent delivery service and are not affiliated with IKEA or Marketplace.
Assembly and rental setup
If the job includes assembly or a rental furnishing setup, list each piece and any instructions available. Assembly is quoted as part of the requested work; it is not automatically included in every delivery.

Does delivery include assembly?
Assembly is available as a separate part of the quote. Request it when describing the job.
What if the furniture is oversized?
Send dimensions and photos, including access at both addresses. We will confirm whether we can handle it before you book.
Which areas do you serve?
Our local area includes St. Catharines, Thorold, Niagara Falls, Welland, Niagara-on-the-Lake, Pelham, Grimsby and Lincoln. Other routes are assessed individually.
